It's about that time!

I've been putting off formatting and doing a clean install on my PC for just about two full years! I normally do this about every 6-8 months, so it's about time.

The reason I did this now is because I've been running Windows Vista for the past few months and I had just bought a new wireless router/PCI network card for my computer that just doesn't seen to be compatible with Vista. So I reinstalled Windows XP Pro in hopes of fixing the problem and finally getting the Internet up and running at home (by 'borrowing' my parents' connection).

In doing so, one of my partitions seems to have gotten FUBAR'ed in the process and unfortunately is was the drive with all of my photos!! I'm not happy, but fortunately, anything important is backed up on Flickr. It's paying off having a pro account.

The new router is going back to the store and I'm going to do it the harder way by running ethernet cables through the walls and such.

Wish me luck.

P.S.
Don't forget to check out Friday's photo as well, it was posted late.
